Vegan JUST Egg Quiche | #GBBO Bake Along | Week 7: 80s Week

Hi Everyone! Today I am back with another episode of the GBBO Bake Along. This week was 80s week. I chose to make a vegan version of a quiche because I've been dying to try out JUST eggs (they are so expensive and I couldn't justify this before). So I'm trying a new product and recipe. Normally I would eat eggs because I am not fully vegan, but I am sticking to this challenge. Make crust and chill for 30min 2. Sauté mushrooms, onion, and spinach in vegetable oil, season with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic powder 3. Take the vegetable mixture and add it to the tart dish 4. Pour 1 bottle of JUST egg into the dish, make sure not to pour over the edge of the crust 5. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes until browned. 6. Let cool for 10-15 min, and serve
