Regarding the case, the Police Investigation Agency has indicted Ho Ngoc Tien Trung (54 years old) on both charges. In the same case, Thai Huu Van (28 years old) was indicted and temporarily detained for fraud and appropriation of property; and Dam Thi Bich Hang (52 years old) was indicted and temporarily detained for serious violations of accounting regulations.
