Fires have broken out in St. Petersburg, Vladimir Putin's hometown, after another drone attack. According to reports, the Ukrainian Defense Forces hit an oil terminal, port infrastructure and military facilities in the Kronstadt area. At least three fire centers were recorded after the strikes. The oil terminal, located more than 1,000 kilometers from the Ukrainian border, is one of Russia's largest transshipment complexes and plays a major role in the export of petroleum products. It has 21 fuel storage tanks. Estimates suggest that the losses to the Russian oil and gas industry from the strikes have already reached about $13.5 billion. Ukrainian drones also attacked a number of warehouses, electrical substations and command posts of Russian troops that night. Against the backdrop of strikes on fuel infrastructure and other factors, fuel problems are emerging in the temporarily occupied Crimea.
