Only low tension protective styles (chunky twists, flat twists, mini twists, mini braids) 2. Wash hair weekly (clarifying shampoo, moisturizing shampoo, conditioner) 3. Deep condition biweekly 4. Oil and massage scalp weekly 5. Oil ends 1-2x weekly 6. Trim/dust ends every 3 months and monitor monthly for rough feeling ends 7.
