In this video, we just show how to cook the Khmer traditional cake at the Pchum Ben Festival. In Cambodia always celebrate this party every year. All Khmer people like to cook this cake for eating with family and give the mong at the pagoda and share with neighbors. For Num Orn Sorm we use banana leaf to package and we use pork belly, mung beans, and glutinous rice. This cake is very popular in my country, all Cambodian people used this cake with big parties like weddings, Happy Khmer New Year and Pchum Ben Festival, etc. For Num Jeal we just use glutinous rice and palm sugar or cane sugar.
