They raised the possibility of tabulation errors, noting that the number of invalid votes reached 2,277, which is greater than the 124-vote difference. As such, the recount is being conducted not by machine, like the ballot sorters typically used during regular election counting, but by ballot counting officials manually spreading out and verifying the ballots. This is to ensure a thorough examination without the slightest margin of error.
