Motorcycle Tour of France on a BMW 1250 GSA and Triumph Tiger 900 - Ep 2

In this episode we cross the border into France with ease as there is no actual border crossing! So the Tour De France proper begins with a gentle, short ride to the seaside town of Anglet, where we were due to meet our very good friends Tony and Claire and their family for lunch, before pressing on to our final destination of Mont De Marsan. Anglet is a lovely chilled place famous for its surfing culture and laid back atmosphere and well worth a visit. The small town of Mont De Marsan was a convenient stop off on our way to Bergerac and in truth, we knew nothing about it before the trip. It turned out to be a lovely little town with a great hotel right at the confluence of two major rivers and a very scenic place to stay. Instead of the Michelin starred restaurant we opted for a Guinness and tapas (!) at the local Irish pub in the evening. We did, however, sample a Michelin starred breakfast the morning afterwards - which was interesting! We hope you enjoy this short video and thanks for watching!
