DIY Easy Valentine's Day Card with Minimal Supplies #2 (2017 Miniseries)

I'm breaking out the inexpensive Crayola Watercolors again and creating another Valentine's Day card from scratch! :) The main technique for this card is creating the watercolor plaid background. I used Canson XL watercolor paper, which is fairly inexpensive and available at many stores. I think Walmart even carries it! The black portions of the card were created with a Sharpie marker.
