Manager. That's what Valérie did for years in various companies. To find meaning in her work, she left the private sector for humanitarian work. She still manages, but now in an NGO. A different job, in different countries, and especially in Afghanistan, for a different professional life, rich in emotions. Valérie Docher left a comfortable life to dedicate herself to humanitarian work in Afghanistan. At the head of health units, she leads a daily battle to save lives in this country ravaged by violence. The richness of the mission does not overshadow the immensity of the task.
