2004 Donegal International Rally
Eugene Donnelly secured his first Donegal International Rally in 2004 but it was far from simple. After pulling out a 20 second lead from Andrew Nesbitt on the first day, Nesbitt fought back in challenging conditions to lead by 35 seconds at the end of the second day. However early on the final day, Nesbitt spun and blocked the Port Lake stage with both Donnelly and Derek McGarrity coming into contact with the stricken Subaru. Nesbitt's indescretion saw him given his actual time for the stage, dropping him out of contention and allowing Donnelly to cruise to a memorable win. This upload also covers the class winners, the Group N battle and the National section of the event.
