Clarence Kennedy invited me for a day of powerlifting with the 66kg 2 times IPF world champion Panagiotis Tarinidis aka Pana for a day of lifting in London. We trained the full SBD, Squat Bench and Deadlift and got to see how Pana programs for lifting and what his diet is like.
