MTG Pioneer Simic Crimes - Be Loki, Do Crime. If You Know, You Know

Shout out to fellow content creator Petepio for this list. I was impressed by Loki the last time we played it in Dimir Legends so I've been looking around for more decklists with him in. Today we're playing a Simic Crimes list that has multiple ways of getting value of Loki and cards like Freestrider Lookout.
