ABANDONED UK SEA FORT | Horse Sand Fort - Portsmouth
In this video, we take a short ride over to Horse Sand Fort (part of the Solent Forts), where we dock up, jump off and explore this abandoned fortress! NOTE: We only document, we do not break entry or vandalize. The Palmerston Forts that encircle Portsmouth were built in response to the 1859 Royal Commission dealing with the perceived threat of a French invasion. The forts were intended to defend the Dockyard in Portsmouth.
