Comment fabriquer une fusée de 5 mètres ? (Projet Diamant A – Héritage Spatial)

A 5-meter-tall rocket, developed by a team of enthusiasts. Welcome to the DIAMANT A Project – Space Heritage, a tribute to the first French orbital rocket. For the past 18 months, Rocketry France has been tackling a colossal challenge: designing a 5-meter composite rocket capable of taking off during C'Space 2025 with a high-powered solid-fuel motor. To achieve this, they carried out numerous tests on scaled-down versions (2 to 3 meters) to validate each subsystem: propulsion, stage separation, fins, parachute, onboard electronics, and carbon structure. They retraced the tests exactly as they did during the precious stone project by also building rockets like the RUBI, the HEMORAUDE, and the TOPAZ, which they flew for better or for worse. 🙏 A big thank you to: @CnesFrance for supervising C'Space, @1errhparmeedeterre420 for hosting us in Tarbes, @PlaneteSciencesNational for logistical support and knowledge transfer, and of course to the entire Rocketry France team for their energy and vision. 💡 Support the Diamant A project: Donations are 30% tax-deductible → https://www.helloasso.com/association... 🔭 Learn more about Rocketry France: https://www.rocketry-france.astromode... 📺 My other videos on the subject: 1️⃣ Rocketry France and Tripoli #1 2️⃣ Rocketry France and Tripoli #2 3️⃣ C’Space 2023 ⚙️ TECHNOLOGY USED Main structure: composite materials, carbon fiber, and high-strength epoxy resin Propulsion: Cesaroni or Aerotech solid-state motor. - Embedded systems: telemetry electronics, inertial sensors, pyrotechnic parachutes, various experiments (weather, radio emissions, etc.) Aerodynamics: CAD design using Fusion 360 Testing: firing campaigns and high-power launches for mechanical and thermal validation Manufacturing: manual lamination and aluminum/carbon machining techniques Safety: compliance with the TRIPOLI framework -- CONTACT -- I'm Cig, a passionate engineer and aerospace enthusiast.
