The new season of “YAROSLAVSKY Tests” is becoming even more atmospheric – the restaurant in the forest is being built, and with it the real magic of the open air is being born. This time, Volodymyr Yaroslavsky will continue to equip his campsite in the forest, adding something important to it – light and comfort. Because what restaurant is without an evening atmosphere? Pava, the winner of MasterChef-7, will visit Volodymyr in the show “YAROSLAVSKY Tests” – a charismatic chef who understands not only cooking, but also technology. Together they will string garlands, create light magic among the trees and cook American-style crayfish – a dish that smells of the sea, spices and adventures. Sausage, corn, aromatic broth, lots of spices and lemon – here it is, real American style in the heart of the Ukrainian forest. Can you also already smell the aroma of the most delicious crayfish? And this is just the beginning! Right now you will learn how to cook crayfish at home, what is the secret of American-style crayfish, and why Pava calls this recipe an explosion of taste. The light of garlands, smoke from the cauldron, laughter and real culinary magic - this is what the new issue of "YAROSLAVSKY Tests" is filled with! American-style crayfish recipe: Boiled potatoes 700 g Corn 5 pcs Cracow sausage 600 g Lemon 3 pcs Onion 2 pcs Garlic 1 head Salt Bay leaves 8 pcs Allspice 1 tbsp. l Cloves 6 inflorescences Smoked paprika 3 tbsp. l Cayenne pepper 1 tbsp. l White pepper 1 tbsp. l Crayfish 2 kg Thyme 1 bunch Parsley 1 bunch Dill 1 bunch Oregano 1 bunch Butter 100 g Add potatoes, onions, garlic, corn to boiling water. Boil for 20 minutes. Add sausage, juice and lemon slices, herbs and spices. Add thoroughly washed crayfish. Bring to a boil. Add herbs and butter and let infuse for 20-30 minutes.
