UCC Implementation In West Bengal: बीजेपी का मिशन UCC, अब बारी बंगाल की! | Suvendu Adhikari देश के ज्यादातर स्टेट इस वक्त यूनिफ़ॉर्म सिविल कोड बिल लागू करने और उसकी तैयारी में जुटे हैं.. बंगाल में शुभेंदु सरकार ने यूनिफ़ॉर्म सिविल कोड, 2026 बिल के ड्राफ़्ट की समीक्षा के लिए 9 मेंबर की एक कमेटी गठित की गई है.. समिति डिटेल में पूरे प्रारूप को खंगालेगी.. और पूरी प्रक्रिया को कंप्लीट करने के बाद अपनी सिफारिशें स्टेट गवर्मेंट को सौंपेगी.. शुभेंदु सरकार अगस्त में विधानसभा सत्र के दौरान इस बिल को पेश करने की तैयारी में है.. सीएम शुभेंदु अधिकारी ने भी मीडिया से बात करते हुए क्लीयर मैसेज दिया कि एक देश में एक ही कानून चलेगा.. और इसी कड़ी में सरकार तेजी से आगे बढ़ रही है.. आपको बता दें कि राजस्थान, मध्य प्रदेश, महाराष्ट्र, छत्तीसगढ़ में यूसीसी को लेकर तैयारियां जोरों शोर पर है.. इन राज्यों में बिल ड्राफ्ट को लेकर बनी कमेटियों को सुप्रीम कोर्ट की रिटायर्ड जस्टिस रंजना प्रकाश देसाई लीड कर रही हैं.. रिटायरमेंट के बाद रंजना देसाई कई अहम कमेटियों में बड़ी भूमिका अदा कर चुकी हैं.. उत्तराखंड और गुजरात UCC समिति की अध्यक्ष रह चुकी हैं.. आपको बता दें कि इस वक्त उत्तराखंड और गुजरात में यूसीसी लागू हो चुका है.. In Bengal, the Suvendu government has formed a nine-member committee to review the draft of the Uniform Civil Code, 2026. The committee will examine the entire draft in detail and, after completing the entire process, submit its recommendations to the state government. The Suvendu government is preparing to introduce this bill during the Assembly session in August. Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari, while speaking to the media, gave a clear message that there will be only one law in the country, and the government is moving forward rapidly in this regard. It should be noted that preparations for the UCC are in full swing in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Chhattisgarh. Retired Supreme Court Justice Ranjana Prakash Desai is leading the committees formed to draft the bill in these states. After retirement, Ranjana Desai has played a major role in several important committees and has served as the chairperson of the Uttarakhand and Gujarat UCC committees.
