Mark reflects on his mystical childhood of transcendental meditation, astral projection, levitation and interaction with what he thought were dead ancestors. He later learned that these spirit guides were apparently part of the Great Brotherhood (or ascended masters), grooming him for a future role in the age of Aquarius (New Age).
