This site gave us the perfect mix of quiet downtime and easy access to one of England’s most charming historic towns. We parked up, settled in, and enjoyed the calm surroundings before heading out for a day in Stratford. One of the best parts of staying at Dodwell Park is the bus stop right outside the site — super convenient. We hopped on the bus straight into Stratford, no stress, no parking worries, just an easy ride into town. Once there, we wandered through the beautiful streets, soaked up the riverside views, and of course… treated ourselves to a drink (or two) in one of the many great pubs Stratford has to offer. From cosy corners to lively spots, there’s no shortage of places to unwind. If you enjoy chilled weekends, simple travel, and discovering new places in your camper van or touring caravan, or tent.
