How to: Make Your Own DIY Peel Off Base Coat (Failure & Success)

I couldn't even talk straight LOL, towards the end I kept referring to the information box when I meant in the comments ... sigh oh well I hope you guys get the idea! ►Products Used◄ -Clean, empty polish bottle: http://amzn.to/1Hi4ntD -Elmers Glue: http://amzn.to/1GCQhs7 -Water ►Step-by-Step◄ -Clean out an old polish bottle (or purchase an empty bottle) -Add a small amount of water - I used about 1/3 of the bottle.
