This Map Has No Business Being This Good

Risk: Global Domination on Reverse World, one of the coolest maps in the game. The idea is simple: take the classic Risk map and reverse it. The oceans become land, the continents become water, and somehow it works way better than it has any right to. The result is a map that feels familiar and completely different at the same time. We’re playing Expo Caps, and maybe the reverse nature of the map got into our heads, because several of us completely lost track of the card situation as the game went on. At a certain point, nobody seemed capable of counting anymore. Nobody was quite sure who could cash, who was safe, or who was about to get themselves killed. Despite the confusion, I managed to keep things together, navigate the chaos, and come away with a first-place finish. If you’ve never tried Reverse World, I highly recommend it.
