Kverneland Taarup Bio baler B0420873 pcb circuit board fault finding

I was asked to see if I can diagnose a problem with this circuit board. Though there are no schematics available, we will give it our best shot based on general knowledge about electronics and what the owner has told me about how it manifests itself. One important clue is that the fault condition improves when compressed air is applied to a specific area of the board.
