Fixing a stuck hinge lock on Neff Slide and Hide ovens

If your Neff Hide and Slide oven door won't stay locked in the open position for you to remove the door, or worse, it won't unlock when you've put the door back on so you can't close it to start cooking, this is the video to help you solve it! I won't pretend that's "3 simple steps" like some clickbait reel because the 3rd step will take a little more time. Still having trouble? Lots of others have been sharing tips in the comments of the other videos on removing and replacing the Neff Slide and Hide doors so it is worth reading through them all to see if someone else has shared the answer you seek.
