Operations Management 101: Introduction to Decision Analysis In this video, we discuss the very basics of quantitative decision analysis. After talking through a few example scenarios we work on a simple example by setting up a decision table. Using the table we learn to calculate the following: Maximax, Maximin, Equally Likely Criterion, Expected Monetary Value (EMV), and Expected Value of Perfect Information (EVPI).
