You may easily purchase cream of mushroom soup if you can't prepare your own; I only had chicken drumsticks this time, but you can use any type of chicken piece. Cream of Mushroom Soup Recipe Mushrooms, washed, cleaned and chopped 2 cloves of garlic, chopped 6 tablespoon butter 6 tablespoon flour 1 cup milk or cream 1 cup chicken broth salt and black Peppe, to taste Cut the mushrooms into slices. Melt 6 tbsp. butter in large frying pan. Add in mushrooms, garlic and cook until most of the water has dissolve from the mushrooms. Blend in 6 tbsp. flour and stir for 1 minute. Add in the chicken broth and seasonings stir until slightly thickened. Add in cream or milk to soup. Heat to thicken while stirring frequently. Serve and enjoy!
