Tricks so absurd they seem to have been written by someone who's mixed 🚬🍃, an alien documentary, a few glasses of wine, and a free afternoon. Playing pink noise on your guitar for hours every day to "open the wood pores" and make it age faster for better playing? Tuning only at night because atmospheric pressure perfects the tone? Playing barefoot to feel the vibration? Yes. All of that is recommended by these guitar shamans. Today we're going to test some of these rituals and react to others that are so ridiculous they're not even worth trying. Because honestly, we don't know if these people are actually doing these crazy things to their poor guitars or if they've just been trolling newbies since 2007.
