In Vitro Permeation Testing (IVPT): Application to Cosmetic Products PKDERM-Teledyne Hanson Research

The objective of in vitro permeation testing (IVPT), also called in vitro dermal absorption or in vitro skin penetration, is to measure the absorption and diffusion of cosmetic products/ingredients into and across the skin.
