While I do point out his mistakes and even give him a bit of a hard time at points, I have a lot of faith and confidence in him. 1. He is dedicated 2. He's seeking guidance 3. He's a pretty cool guy overall 4. His game is above average already 5. He is very coachable and has relatively easy-to-fix mistakes. So once again, thank you and good job.
