Welcome to Francois, Newfoundland and Labrador a remote outport of around 50 people that's only accessible by ferry. Join us as we travel 60 miles from Garnish to experience a place where life moves at a different pace. Since the community's last store has closed, we bring all of our food with us before settling in for a few days. From unloading supplies and stacking firewood to relaxing by the fire, watching sailboats arrive, taking in the scenery, and enjoying some music, this is a look at everyday life in one of Newfoundland's most isolated communities.
