Scrap down the sides of the bowl with a spatula. Add milk, water, sugar, and yeast and warm for 3 minutes at 37°C on speed 1. Add flour, olive oil, 1 tsp salt, and pizza seasoning and knead for 5 minutes on the dough setting. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl and let it rise, covered, for 45 minutes. Grease a loaf pan (I used a 26cm loaf pan). Rinse the mixing bowl! For the garlic and herb butter, place 2 garlic cloves in the clean mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 5. Add the butter and warm for 5 minutes at 50°C on speed 1. Stir in the herbs and 1/2 tsp. salt with a spatula and transfer to a bowl. Briefly knead the dough on a lightly floured work surface, roll it into a log, and cut it into 20 pieces. Shape the pieces into rounds, dip them in the herb butter, and place them in the loaf pan. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) (or 160°C (325°F) fan-forced). Bake the Kenobi Monkey Bread at 180°C (350°F) (or 160°C (325°F) fan-forced) for 40-45 minutes. Let it cool slightly and enjoy warm or cold! Enjoy! Thank you for watching & see you next time!
