We compare three NL745 variants in .308 Win: 16", 20", and a rare configuration with a 24-inch Bull barrel. We examine the benefits of increasing barrel length: • muzzle velocity • accuracy with factory ammo • shooting comfort and recoil • barrel heating • performance under ballistic gel. The test uses 16", 20" Heavy, and 24" Bull barrels. We measure velocity, compare groups with different loads, and determine whether the extra 4 inches of length make sense.
