A Drive From Capitol Reef National Park to Emery, UT

We begin at the east entrance of Capitol Reef National Park in Utah. We take Utah State Route 24 West through the park and enjoy the beautiful and colorful rock formations. We continue past the park. We pass through the towns of Torrey, Bicknell and Lyman. We take a little shortcut that leads us to Utah State Route 72 North. After passing through some pristine farmland, this road winds its way up and over a high mountain pass before ending near Interstate 70. From there we take Utah State Route 10 North through the colorful landscape to the town of Emery.
