Our train hit a person who sadly passed instantly. This happened outside at the exit of the tunnel just before Knebworth. Location of incident: https://w3w.co/skirt.notice.oasis Only the front 1% of this 12 carriage train was sticking out of the tunnel hence almost everyone came to the First Class section to use their phones to inform their loved ones of the delay to the service. The train eventually called at Knebworth and terminated at Stevenage.
