An Intimate Look At Renee Fleming
In 1996, Renee Fleming signed with London Records. I was commissioned to do a bio of her. I wanted to show who she was, her family roots and what made her a great performer. Renee was very open, wonderful to work with and it was such a pleasure to be with her while she recorded. Soon after, her career took off to an extraordinary level. Renee Fleming became the most famous contemporary opera singer in the world. I recently viewed this bio I directed of her 16 years ago. It's interesting to see her before she became the international star she is now.
