Eleanor Duncan Aboriginal Services | Community-Controlled Excellence on Darkinjung Country

Eleanor Duncan Aboriginal Services (EDAS) is a community-controlled organisation delivering integrated health, social and community services across Darkinjung Country on the Central Coast of New South Wales. As the region's only Aboriginal Medical Service, EDAS provides more than 52 interconnected services designed to improve health, wellbeing and life outcomes for Aboriginal people and families. Through a culturally responsive, transdisciplinary model of care, EDAS brings together health professionals, case workers, youth workers, care coordinators and cultural mentors to deliver connected support across every stage of life. This film shares how community control, cultural responsiveness and Aboriginal-led solutions are strengthening families, supporting Elders, improving health outcomes, investing in early years, and creating systems that work for Aboriginal people.
