Monthly Planning Ritual | May Recap & June Focus | How I Reset for a New Month

Hi friends! Thanks for joining me for my May recap and setting my focus for June. May was a month of holding a lot. My father-in-law's health declined rapidly, and much of the month was spent being present with family, grieving, and making some final memories. Around the same time, I received blood work results that showed my thyroid levels were significantly off, which explained many of the symptoms I'd been experiencing. Despite the emotional and physical challenges, there were still wins worth celebrating. We helped clients buy and sell homes, stayed active in our business, and continued showing up where it mattered. One of my biggest lessons this month was learning that there is wisdom in honouring my energy. There were several moments where I had to ask myself, "Do I actually have the energy for this?" and give myself permission to postpone things that could wait. As I move into June, my focus isn't on doing more. It's on returning to a rhythm that supports my health, my family, and my business.
