This release for Sparkrock HRP introduces a new integration with Trakstar applicant tracking software, eliminating the manual handoffs between recruiting and onboarding. Setting up the connection: A new Trakstar Setup page is available through Tell Me. This is where you enter your Trakstar base URL and API key, run a connection test, and enable the integration once verified. A dedicated permission set, SRW TRAKSTAR Setup, controls who can manage these credentials, while SRWHR Basic users have read-only access to the setup page. Publishing job requisitions to Trakstar: Previously, advertising a role externally meant recreating the requisition manually inside Trakstar. Now, HR requests with Reason Code 10 Job Requisition include a Publish to Trakstar action, available from both the individual record and the list view, where multiple requisitions can be published at once. Once published, the Trakstar opening URL and published status are stored directly on the HR request as a clickable link. Each requisition can only be published once, preventing duplicate postings. Syncing hired candidates back into Sparkrock: When a candidate is moved to the hired state in Trakstar, the new Sync Hires action on the HR request list pulls them in automatically. The system creates a new HR request with Reason Code 15 New Hire, pre-populated with the candidate's email, phone number, effective date, and Trakstar opening reference.
