As you walk along the promenade and admire the victorian buildings, typical of an English sea side town, your view is interrupted somewhat by a massive chunk of 1960s brutalist architecture. You can't help but notice it because it stands in contrast to the rest of the town. It's a car park... and I love a car park, especially one of brutalistic 60s design but sadly, it may not be with us for much longer and is due for demolition.. maybe, at some point soon. We're not sure, but in any case, let's enjoy this design "masterpiece" whilst we still can.
