A long stretch of road is such that it passes right besides the roofs of houses on the left. These houses are either made of clay or with the signature laterite rock (jamba dagad) found in the region. The road further goes to the sea port of Malvan and backwards to the town of Kudal where it meets NH-66 Mumbai - Goa - Kochi highway. .
