4 months back (May 2022), I did my NPC Nationals where I failed to bring my conditioning on stage. I wasn’t even 20% to what I usually bring on stage. I went through a Bad Surgery right after that Prep and I was unable to participate in the Pro Qualifier of IFBB Sheru Classic (Olympia India June 2022). All I had was pain, depression, anxiety. Thankfully, I also had the love of very few people around me (since my circle got smaller). I wanted to make a strong comeback to prove myself that I’m capable of doing this again. I needed a very strong heart. With no confidence, I took my first step by starting a training session. That first training session of mine boosted my confidence as I was so happy and I laughed after so many days. 😌 . And The Rest is What you see here in this video….
