Simple Rhubarb Chutney | Sweet, Tangy & Delicious

It’s rhubarb season, so I’m making a batch of homemade rhubarb chutney — sweet, tangy, and perfect with cheese, cold meats, BBQ food, or just tucked away in the cupboard for later in the year. This is an older video I’ve brought back to life, but the recipe is still as simple and reliable as ever. If you’ve got extra rhubarb growing in the garden or allotment, this is one of the best ways to use it up. Thanks for watching — and if you give it a try, let me know how yours turns out. ◀------ GEAR USED------▶ Tefal Everyday Portable Electric Induction Hob: https://amzn.to/4a6ewjz 9L Preserving Pan: https://amzn.to/4o00KVB Jam Funnel: https://amzn.to/4ee7H1Q 380ml Jars: https://amzn.to/4fjZYQR ◀------ RECIPE------▶ INGREDIENTS 1kg rhubarb, roughly chopped 2-3 medium onion, chopped 3 Leeks sliced 400g caster sugar 500ml apple cider vinegar 1 cinnamon stick ½TBSP cloves ½TBSP curry powder 1TBSP mustard seeds (I added a chilli for a bit of kick) METHOD Place all the ingredients into a pan.
