BALANCE DE MATERIA EN UN SECADOR #2 🥽 | LORENA GARCÍA
Tapioca flour is used in various countries to make bread. The flour is obtained by drying the coarse grains of the cassava root (which contains 66% moisture) until the moisture content is reduced to 5%, and then grinding them into flour. How many kilograms of grains must be dried and how much water must be extracted to produce 1000 kg of flour per hour? Good luck and remember to practice a lot! 🤗 Any video suggestions are welcome. 👩🏽🔬Follow me on Instagram / loreegamor #materialbalance #drying #chemicalengineering
