Hello everyone! A new episode of "Read Without Fear," where I try out a variety of comics... and once again, not all of them convinced me. We start with Daredevil and Saladin Ahmed's new run: Wrath of the Devil and All Hell Breaks Loose. A start that, at least so far, hasn't blown me away as much as I'd hoped. The Moon is Following Us is a decidedly different story, which turned out to be a surprising and successful read, capable of standing out, but I honestly didn't expect anything else from Daniel Warren Johnson. Returning to DC, Batman meets Grant Morrison's vision in Gothic: a real appetizer (in my opinion) for what will be his run in the early 2000s, with all its peculiarities already clearly visible. And then the surprise: Asterix. Asterix the Gaul and all the other stories in the first two pocket editions were exactly the read I wasn't expecting... but needed.
