Should You Really Put LED Bulbs in Your Headlights?

Most people know that putting LED lightbulbs in a halogen headlight housing leads to less than stellar results, and blinding oncoming traffic, but how bad is it really? Are they actually brighter? I was curious so I decided to find out by comparing halogen lightbulbs, Vivid Lumen LED lightbulbs, generic cheap LED lightbulbs, and OEM projector headlights from a newer truck.
