We won't be steaming the sweet potato; we'll try the sensation of raw sweet potato. Moms at home must try this....the taste and aroma are very different from the steamed sweet potato pudding. Raw sweet potato is much fresher, the color is more vibrant, the aroma is more pronounced, and the taste is sweeter. Ingredients: -500g raw purple sweet potato (washed, peeled, and cut) -agar powder -250g granulated sugar -5 cups coconut milk from 1 coconut Carbut: -Blend the sweet potato into a smooth paste, put it in a saucepan, add the sugar, agar powder, and coconut milk, and stir well. Turn on the stove and cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent crusting. Wait until it boils. After the first boil, wait 1 to 2 minutes for the sweet potato mixture to cook.
