Discover Chiang Mai: Bua Tong Waterfall & Chet Si Fountain National Park

Can you climb straight up a rushing waterfall? Today, we’re heading just north of Chiang Mai for a day trip to Bua Tong Waterfall and Chet Si Fountain National Park to experience one of the most unique natural wonders in Thailand! This place is famous for its surprisingly sticky waterfall. Thanks to the unique limestone deposits, the rocks have so much traction that they are not slippery at all. You can literally grip the stone with your bare hands and feet and walk right up the falls! It makes for an incredibly fun day of climbing and exploring. But the adventure doesn't stop there. We also take a short walk deeper into the lush jungle to witness the mysterious Chet Si Fountain (Seven Colors Fountain).
