Ingredients: Potatoes Munster cheese Red onion Chives Lettuce Cumin Olive oil Salt and pepper Recipe: 1. Peel the potatoes. Slice them with a mandolin or grater. 2. Add cumin and salt. 3. Slice the Munster cheese. Refrigerate overnight. 4. Oil a frying pan. Make piles of potatoes to create the pancakes. 5. Place a piece of Munster cheese on top of the pancakes. Cover with potatoes. 6. Prepare the lettuce. Chop the red onions and chives. Mix them with olive oil to make a sauce.
