NEW $3.99 OPTIC BOOSTER PACKS?! I just found these brand new Donruss Optic football booster packs at Walmart and had never seen them before. At only $3.99 per pack, this might be one of the cheapest ways to chase a Downtown from this year's Optic. So naturally… I bought 20 packs to see what we could pull.
