Though you can add any protein depending on your liking. In this video I used native chicken since it is available in our farm and it is more delicious compared to the commercial one. For the natural coloring, I used turmeric which is also available in our farm. Best to eat arroz caldo with a little spicy so I cooked chili garlic oil.
