Hello everyone, and Welcome back to the Boulevard Mall in Amherst New York! Opening in 1962 as the first mall in the Buffalo region, Boulevard Mall would lead a retail corridor for the town of Amherst. It would live a successful life even with competition up until the 2010s. It still stands today as Buffalo's oldest mall, however, it does appear to be on borrowed time.
