Expanded test centre

"We want customers to come here, and have a pleasurable experience, whether or not that's a pass or fail." Assa Abloy opened the expansion to its test centre in Daventry in June, designed to put its own products through their paces, while offering a Ukas-accredited testing service to its customers. Editor Nathan Bushell spoke to test centre manager David Vinyard and technical director Strafford Cooke about why this is an important development, and what benefits it offers customers and the wider industry.
